buy a OS unbuntu disc for almost nothing, for 12.00 or download it from unbuntu which is just as nice as mircosoft.

What no license means if your R2'ing for testing OS's and it shows the not genuine system, as sometimes they will let you keep it other times they won't but if genuine is turned on and it shows on webpage, it means time's up !

if your using a European MSC MSI then you need to ignore the pun from window's, As paper sent was the paper work you get for there OS's of sorts and not to enter it in license form, unless computer prompts you for it in non browser fashion or it prompts you to log in and re-impute information for MSC MSI MC, computers check online list for other abbrevaition for when these are making sure whom bought program still has it legally registered in correct person's name as to sell a computer in europe you have paperwork to do as they like accuret in records. and users or they will shut ya down.
if you don't reply.

So Question is European computer and OS or Windows difference ?

It will start if you reboot, but with reduced functionality. If it was an OEM PC, maybe you can order recovery discs?

If no luck and you didn't make a note of the old license code or you lost not only the disc but that note also, you'll have to buy a new one. Consider this a good opportunity to switch to Windows 10.
