I'd go back to the repair company and ask them to fix it under warranty for what they did.
It could be it's just a broken keyboard, but that is easy for them to see (they have other keyboards to try) and I suppose they can sell you another one if needed.
But if you have another keyboard to try yourself, that's even easier.

Hi, i recently had a new hard drive installed as the last one burnt out!?anyway, since windows has been reinstalled by repair comapny, my keyboard doesnt respond in the same way, i.e if i press the left shift key i get this *** and the right shift key gives me this +++.
can someone help as ive searched countless forums, tried various methods going through the keyboard languages etc!
