I have Windows 7 Internet Explorer 11 was working all right when I updated it but when I click on the Internet Explorer icom it open's up like a flash doesn't open up properly. Also my Microsoft Office 2013 open's up ok but but doesn't display very well whether I deleted an icom or file I shouldn't have how can I restore this?

For IE try IINTERNET EXPLORER SAFE MODE (easy to google) and disable all add-ons.
For Office 2013 it's unclear what you mean with "not very well". But if you think it's caused by something you deleted (I don't think so): just repair or reinstall and see what happens.

Windows 7 Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office 2013

I have tried reintalling Internet Explorer 11 and got a message saying Internet Explorer did not install and set up can't cannot continue because more recent version of Internet Explorer is installed on your computer. Trying to reintall Internet Explorer 11 did not work also tried to delete Internet Explorer 11 first and reintall Internet Explorer I have now lost the Internet Explorer icom, What am I doing wrong and how can I put this wrong? As for the Microsoft Office 2013 I am going to buy the the disc and reinstall it that way as I just downloaded from the internet and what I ment by not very well is the wording is not displaying it's missing.

Windows and trying to uninstall could do damage to Windows.
