Windows 7 fax utility "document name"

Jul 9, 2010 11:50AM PDT

I use the included Windows 7 fax utility. The first time I used the utility, I sent a document that I called "test fax". Ever since, all documents that I send, regardless of their name, are listed in the column of the fax utility under "document name" as "test fax". What is that?

Your link is to "Set up your computer to send and receive faxes", which does not pertain to my question. None of the help file suggestions was useful or pertinent to my problems.
