by jtk / January 10, 2010 12:35 AM PST

I have just installed Windows 7 from Vista. In Vista I had Windows Mail for my e-mails but when I installed the new progrmme it uninstalled it and I now have no email set up. I dont want Windows Live. Where can I get Outlook Express and will it run on Windows 7
Thanks

I see this is the new version 3, so I will be upgrading to that soon.

But I just wonder why you cannot get on with Windows Live Mail. I admit I have never tried it myself, but from what I understand it does everything that Outlook Express did/does.

Lots Of Free Email Sites Out There!

I have a new desktop with Windows 7 installed. I continue to use my old Hotmail account through Windows Live Mail and I also have a Gmail (Google) account. Gmail has tons of free storage and has upgraded their security features. You can google "free email accounts". There are plenty of them. I have used "Inbox.com" in the past with no problems. It's always good to have separate accounts for your personal stuff and all other things like newsletters, etc.

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
