Windows 7 - Display Freeze

Feb 5, 2011 1:35AM PST

Hi,

I have Windows 7 Enterprise x64. From last week, my windows screen is getting freeze and the only way to continue is to hard reset.

I can hear if there is any sound playing...like Skype / Movie but everything freeze nothing works.

Any idea what can cause this?

Regards,

Enterprise versions have outstanding support from your company. I'd let your Enterprise version support do what they got all that money for!

I asked them...But I wanted to fix it by weekend....

I know....I have asked my ITTeam and they think it because of the recent Windows update and we might have to revert back to old display driver, but all will be done on Monday or later...I wanted this to fix during weekend....

Just to let you know this start happening only last Monday...

Anyway...thanks

From Norton to other protection software or other.
And we also try that in SAFE MODE.

Good thing you have that Enterprise version.
