Bob,

Where and how do I navigate ....I tried using the cmd line and it didn't work.
I went to COMPUTER...C\Users\ but I don't see how to create the folder there.
Please give more detail to a not so informed user.

Thank you

If you don't know how to use the command line, learn it or don't use it. It's technology from MS-DOS in 1980, considered too difficult by many current users. You might be one of the new style users who can only click and touch.

But it's not hopeless. Try shift-right click on the folder you want to create that subfolder in, choose command prompt and in that black 1980-style windows type
md newf
and press enter.
Now a subfolder called newf must be present or you saw an error message

If you don't like the name newf use another name (wiithout spaces in it!) or rename it.

What exactly does "I cannot perform this operation mean"?
