...handle it through their own computer section's technician. Could be a very well known HP assembly plant fault. Repairable, done it in a few hours. Not repairable, get another Laptop of the same price within the same store of that retailer.
I have a HP Laptop high end pavilion and it does the blue screen crash at various times and I cant track down why ie: disc installed, usb ports used etc..The blue screen says its a hardware issue and I have not changed any hardware, its still under warranty. I just have the current updates. When it reboots is says it will look for a reason why it crashed but then nothing..I dont have any flags etc like nothing happened..Any help before I send it back?
