Do you mean Windows won't install, or some program won't install?
If you mean a program, which one, and what error messages do you see?

Can anyone help i've been trying to install and un-install programme. The process will start and never finish.
Have tried closing the task from the task manager and restarting PC in the end the pc just crashes.
Can anyone help?
