Resolved Question

Windows 7 Boot Updater

Yesterday I downloaded Windows 7 Boot Updater then opened it.
Then 3 errors appear:

*Terdapat kesalahan pada winload.exe.mui*
Terdapat masalah memverifikasi 'winload.exe.mui'
File winload.exe.mui tidak bisa dibaca sebagai PE
Pergi ke 'Opsi' dan pilih yang sesuai winload.exe.mui

Then the same error but its for winresume.exe.mui. I know what they means but when i click OK appears this:

*Boot Updater for Windows 7*
Boot Updater for Windows 7 stopped working
A problem caused this program to stop working properly. Close the program
->Close the program (button)

P.S.: Sorry for my bad english
Thanks in advance

Re: Windows 7 Boot updater

I didn't know the program, but found it on

The message, when translated into English is:
There is an error with winload.exe.mui *
There was a problem verifying 'winload.exe.mui'
The winload.exe.mui file cannot be read as a PE
Go to 'Options' and select the appropriate winload.exe.mui

So what I made bold seems what you should do.

Mine is in c:\Windows\system32\boot\nl-NL. But I have the Dutch version of Windows 10, not the Indonesian one of Windows 7.

If selecting the right files doesn't help, contact the author of the program. It might be an issue with missing support for international versions.

When I click OK it closes the program. It doesn't opens the program.

I just copied winload.exe and .mui, winresume.exe and .mui in every folder named System32, Boot, bg-BG and en-US and it worked. Thanks <3
