Windows 7 BitLocker

hi,
i m a win-7 user and i have locked my drive by bit locker
after a couple of weeks there was some error or something
which cause automatic repair and win-7 locked c: it self

now i m trying to reinstall win-7, but its not allowing me to
format c: , after this i cleared all partitions on HDD
and formatted c: many time

but still win-7 setup says there is some error at some 'hexa decimal value' {probably some memory address}


How can i re Install win-7

Could the error be a bum hard drive?

Try another hard drive.

Try DBAN after you read what DBAN does (see google.)
