Many can use the Chrome, Firefox, Opera or other browsers. This means we don't need to stick with W7. I see no need to repeat much that has been written but it's very simple. If there is an exploit found, Microsoft does not intend to fix it.
Why not install some version of Linux with the browser you like and move on?
Or why not take Microsoft up on the few remaining ways to snag a free W10 license and make that 17 inch worth a few bucks more?
I have purchased a 15 inch Windows 10 computer. However, my 17 inch Windows 7 still works fine. If I restore to original default for use as strictly surfing and no personal info entered. Will it still function or since W7 is no longer supported would it create errors trying to update?
I just want to delete all personal info basically and use it for videos, surfing, etc. I understand it would be vulnerable but if there was no personal info on there and my network has WPA2 would it work for my intentions until eventually it might get corrupted and no longer useable?
Thanks.
