All videos in Powerpoint are essentially links to the video file, not embedded in Powerpoint. The way to do want you want would be this:
1. When inserting a video, make sure that the video file(s) is in the SAME folder as the one in which you are saving your Powerpoint file on your computer.
2. Email your finished Powerpoint file AND the and any linked video file(s)in your presentation to your recipient.
3. Instruct your recipient to be sure to save the Powerpoint file and the video file(s) to the same folder on their computer.
This ought to work. If not, I'm stumped too.
Can someone please explain clearly how to embed mpeg and jpeg into Powerpoint files that will be played back by other parties and not on your PC or laptop and/or sent over the internet? I've converted the files (AVI?) AND SENT but still not playable on the other end. Books and Microsoft Help no help.
