As in iTunes isn't responding or your downloads do not complete? Can you share more specifics (ie error messages) so that we have more info to use as we try to help? Thanks.

The download will start, then all of a sudden itunes will just freeze up and I have to close itunes out with the task manager and reopen it and restart the download and then not all of the tracks come through. I haven't gotten any actual error messages

Sounds like it is an iTunes specific problem. Might want to try these troubleshooting tips or see if someone else has an idea to offer-
