Windows 7 and Gadgets

I have a few gadgets I liked in Vista like weather and regional clocks. However, I have discovered that any gadget with settings to be applied can't have settings changed in my Windows 7 Home Premium 64. I have tried many. Is there a fix for this?

Works for me here with Win7 Home Prem x64, so the problem would seem to be specific to your system. I would first check for any malware that might be somehow interfering with things.

Thanks but my system is constantly monitored and fully scanned every three days.

They worked in Vista Home Premium 64. I installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64 and immediately noticed the issue ...
