Windows 7: Aero

Is an ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series graphics card compatible with Windows 7 Home Premium? Is Aero a neccessary part of Windows 7 Home Premium?

so if i were to install Win7 and use the Aero theme, i would ecounter no problems?

Even this version of Windows is such that no one should tell you that there will be no problems.
