When I pull data from co-workers computers that are using either Windows 7 or Windows 8, the data I enter into my spreadsheet on a Windows 8 computer will not sort more than one level in custom sorting. Has anyone had this problem? Would love to know how to fix this!

I'm using Excel 2010. I don't believe there is suspense or support. These are simple sheets for billing purposes with date, time, duration, and description of client. Does this seem like an issue with Windows versions not communicating, or possibly something else? Thanks for the help!

Call it in and have MSFT answer what patches you should have installed. I don't run this version so I can't duplicate or list what you should have.
