2GB of ram looks light but one thing is a single crash is to be ignored. Some of your newer PC users don't know that and demand investigation of the crash. Not sure what to tell them.

I was playing Sid Meiers Civilization Beyond Earth in Offline Mode when i got a Blue Screen of Death.
