windows 2k disaster

I have a 80gb harddrive I gave it 3 partitions of 40gb, 20gb and 20gb i loaded win2k on 40gb win 98 on 20gb then i proceeded to load windows NT V4.0 on the other just for fun. In the middle of loading windows NT we had a power out. After that i wasnt able to finish loading windows nt because of a NT DETECT error. Then i decided to clear the harddrive and load win2k i deleted the partition. Now I am not able to create a partition or format the drive I only get this error
then it freezes is there anyway 2 fix this or just load win2k
i tried win98 boot disk it load fine but then it ask for a second disk this is not a win2k bootdisk

NT will not install on such. Remove all the partitions, research NT 4.0 and discover how to install it. No DOS or drive prep is required.

Just for fun.
