Is it possible for my msi k9n platinum to use windows server 2003?

I installed the OS but the driver cd isnt recognized by the OS and I cant use the internet because there is no drivers for the network port.

Disable the onboard NIC and install a PCI NIC.

I think I tried this last year, and I also had some driver issues. The easiest approach would be to install a PCI-based Network Interface Card, I recommend the Intel Pro/100 or Pro/1000 or the 3Com 3c905 series, as the drivers are pretty common.

I also recommend an external USB 2.0 CD/DVD device if your on-board CD device controller isn't cooperating.

I am not very patient with my computers, so I re-installed Windows XP. Again. Happy
