Windows 2000 Server Remote Settings Backup

I have a Windows 2000 server that sets and serves only for 8 remote access users to access my main server at our office.

On this server I want to backup only the remote access settings.

Exactly what files and what locations should be backed up??

Or should the entire server be set to back up and forgot about??

All sugesstions are more than appreciated.
