Dead on arrival. I can't guess why you didn't create a Windows 2000 CD and make the usual run at the install.
Or why you didn't enable IDE emulation in the BIOS but why waste time on this over a dime CD?
Bob
I have a windows 2000 ISO but I don't have any DVDs/CDs with me but i have a 298 Gb sata hard drive and a 298 gigabyte hard drive with xp on it, I also have a 32 gigabyte flashdrive but if I run winnt from dos it installs to that flash drive and not to my d:\ drive And if there are any utility that could turn a sata hard drive not usb into a boot able ms-dos start up disk so I could put ms-dos on my d:\ (one without out xp) and install that way with winnt. That would be helpful.
