We can write protect removable drives but it would apply to all removable drives.

There is no know method to apply this to just this card or a certain drive letter today.
My CPAP collects data on a SD card. If I forget to lock the card, as soon as I put the SD card into the reader slot of my laptop, Windows 10 writes something to the card.
Afterwards, the CPAP machine rejects the card because it detects something foreign. I have to format the card to get the CPAP machine to accept it. Is there a way to prevent Windows 10 from writing to the SD card when I forget to lock it?
