In such a case you go to the makers site (that's dell.com) and see if they have driver for your version (32 or 64) of Windows 10. If you can't find it, contact their customer service to get a confirmation that it doesn't work or possibly a work around.

If no luck, your options are simple: either another printer (that has Windows 10 drivers) or another OS (that has a driver for this printer), such as the one you upgraded from.

And ...

It looks to be a printer from 2007. That's quite old for a consumer printer like this.

http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/dell-926/drivers says

"Printer not tested with Windows 10
Dell has not confirmed that this printer model and/or its features work with devices running the Windows 10 operating system."
and under the 'learn more' link advices to try an older driver. The latest they have is Windows 7, 32 and 64 bit." Since I assume you already have that (you can't upgrade from Vista) it certainly looks like a no-go.

It's practically impossible to buy a new consumer grade photo printer that isn't an all-in-one (so includes a scanner).

PS. Maybe you can convince their customer services to change the text "Printer not tested with Windows 10" to something like "Printer tested with Windows 10 by 808racer and it doesn't work.".
