Maybe. It depends on the issues and, for these forums, on how good you are in telling all necessary details about the issues and about your PC or laptop. But you can also ask help from a friend or neighbour or family member (socalled "local support") or find a computer shop to help you.

You can't get help on issues you don't share.

And I would be guessing that W10 didn't update but failed. I usually find this is one of those awful W10 32GB wonder machines. Your post left out detail so no one can address what the issue is or what to do or not to do. "Not to do?" you ask. Sometimes you just let the update brew for a month to see if Microsoft sorts it out. This can be upsetting to those that thought Microsoft would have this working without a hitch. If anything, it's how most folk learn about this system works for 99% of us. The 1% end up here or support counters which I hope to avoid.
