You mean you just now updated from Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 to Windows 10? Can you tell how you did it and if there were any unexpected things?
If the specs of your PC are as mentioned in http://www.cnet.com/products/hp-compaq-business-dc7700-core-2-duo-2ghz-1gb-ram-80gb-hdd-vista-business/specs/ I have my doubts:
- there's no free update from Windows Vista to Windows 10
- 1 GB RAM and 80 GB hard disk might be not enough
The likely outcome of this thread might very well be you have to go back to factory conditions on this Windows Vista PC and buy a new PC with Windows 10, if you're not happy anymore with Vista.
But first please tell more.
I have no start button or sound after ms update so cannot access control panel or any apps am able to get run box up and have typed in ms-settings to no avail if any one can help an old man with simple abc I would be very grateful as not very good on computers I an using a HP compaq dc7700 small form computer
