Frequently, Microsoft updates drivers automatically if Windows Updates "thinks" it's needed. We've seen quite a few driver updates which caused failure in internet connections, graphics, and other processes. Check the Control Panel-Device Manager for the driver version installed for your ethernet or wireless adapter, whichever you are using to connect with. Then visit the computer manufacturer or internet adapter manufacturer's website and compare the driver versions available for Windows 10. You may need to download one that works.
Hope this helps.

I've never had any problems with my laptop up until a couple days ago. After updating, it started constantly buffering or just not playing any videos. And yesterday, it started to stop loading webpages, or taking forever to load them. I use chrome and edge, neither of them are working. I did a clean reinstall of windows 10, and the problem didn't go away. Any help?
