Windows 10 in my P.C is starting very slow and also hangs very frequently.
Kindly look into the problem and revert back.

Without anything to look into all I can say is to find a local tech or repair shop to look into it, if the IT-staff of your company can't find the cause.

For slow startups, you should check for apps which initialize automatically on startup and should also consider checking a review of your antivirus program.

The reason for Hang might be too much occupied RAM, Try checking which software is consuming more RAM and disable it.

Hope this will solve your problem

A few things you can do yourself
Apr 9, 2019 8:01AM PDT

First open task manager and in startup section disable everything.
Now open my computer and right click and go to properties.
In properties go to advanced system settings.
Now got to advanced and performance then settings.
Select the adjust for best performance.
This part will make you windows look like window 98.
BUT
If the problem is still not fixed then you will need to increase the ram. If the ram is already maxed out then the problem is with you r hard drive your hard drive needs to be changed
