Feb 28, 2016 5:35PM PST

Hi All,

Recently I upgraded to Windows 10 and it worked good for a while.
Yesterday system went down due to power outage, system is able to boot but does not open Start Menu.
I checked on Google for solution, followed link http://www.thewindowsclub.com/start-menu-does-not-open-windows-10 , but it did not work for me.

Please help.

Regards,
Brooks Payett

Reboot your computer, give it a few minutes, use the power button to hard shut down, wait 10 mins then reboot.
