Question

Windows 10 red loading screen

Oct 14, 2015 6:09AM PDT

Good morning,

I recently upgraded to windows 10 and have been using it no problem for the past month. Last night, I went to check my e-mail and a random BSOD error occured. Random because I was in g-mail checking my e-mail, hovered over one of them and before clicking, the error appeared.

Anyways, my computer restarted but now I receive a microsoft c++ runtime error upon loading. I've read multiple ways to fix this but unfortunately I need to actually get into windows.

My main problem is that my computer gets stuck at this red loading screen. I let it go overnight to see if it'll load with no luck. Is there any way to access safe mode or bypass the loading screen to fix it? ( Man, I'm really missing that F8 option right about now) I upgraded to windows 10 by downloading it so I don't have a hard disc unfortunately. Thank you for your help ahead of time.

I'm running a Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus.
