I don't post on forums ever and I'm quite inept with computers so bear with me, but I've been having some strange issues with the pc I built a few months ago. While playing RE7 I realized the Xbox game dvr wasn't working(only for that game) so I used some of the fixes that can be found online. First I cleared temporary files, and then I updated my graphics card drivers to see if it would resolve the issue. Upon completion I got a message saying something along the lines of "driver updated only partially" from some sort of issue( that I've never had while updating drivers in the past). Afterwards none of my Windows 10 programs would work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver but it didn't help at all, and now none of my programs are working other than files and control panel, I can't even get into command prompt or settings, it just black screens and comes back several minutes later with nothing opened. I managed to get to the windows system restore screen through the BIOS, but it popped a message saying c drive was too full. After deleting some unnecessary space I attempted it again, but now when I try to boot overide from bios it goes straight into the windows account login screen. I can't do any form of restore or recovery because of the black screen after opening programs, and I have no idea what I could do to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
