Our W7/8 users are getting tired of issues and for me W10 is the best so far.
As to the video/audio apps, I can't guess what's up with that.
I was an early adopter of the Win 10 platform and an advocate for moving from previous versions of Windows to Win 10. Now, a few short years later I'm moving back to Windows 7 Pro. I do video & audio editing as-well-as PC repair.
Over the past year I have noticed a significant reduction in load time of Win 10. I benched marked Win 10 pro vs. Win 7 Pro with an SSD. It took a good 20 sec longer to boot to a splash screen with Win 10.
Now, I find myself in the middle of a time sensitive video development project to discover that more than 50% of my audio and video apps won't open.
I've contacted my software vendor to report the issues and they are aware of the problem. I'm heading back to Win 7 as-soon-as I pick up a new drive. I will have to wade through my project by running some of the apps on my alternate Win 7 platform.
Win 10 is getting too bulky it wants to own my PC.
