Question

Windows 10 Printer driver

Windows 10 does not list my trusty HP Officejet 8500 A909g Printer as being supported. Anywork-around ideas or must I buy a new printer?

Checked HP?

At the link below, there is a "HP Officejet Pro Basic Print and Scan Driver" under Basic Drivers which might do the trick. Although there is no actual Windows 10 driver listed, there's also an "Update" to the driver lower down in the chart, in the "Updates" section, which helps when updating from Vista to Windows 7. So install the Basic Print and Scan driver, then install the update. See if it gets the job done. No guarantees though.

Hope this helps.
