Need more about the printer.

For most of my Windows 10 machines I had to go get the printer's latest driver package.

Answer
I would reinstall your printer

drivers. The easiest way is to go into your device manager and delete the printer and then if a Wireless printer go back and add the printer then search the internet for drivers. I would try the same with the sound. Delete the sound card then Windows will automatically detect the sound c ard and then select search the internet for drivers.

Thank you, but I have already reinstalled my printer - downloaded every driver possible, I can scan and it goes to my computer, so I know there are no disconnected wires. I have been on the HP website and still I have no answers for the printer or the sound.
