Have a relatively new machine I built. Was trying to create a replacement Xbox had when everything froze and upon reboot the machine only goes into bios. The c: is an m.2 drive and it sees it under in one part of bios but under the specific menu for pcie ssd/sata it says there are none. Tried removing it and booting to the windows 7 dvd with an sata plugged in as well as a regular ssd. It sees whatever Hdds I put in there in the sata menu but it will not go through win7 setup with any of them. (Hangs at starting windows splash) I’m not as familiar with these m.2 drives as I should be. I was thinking the m.2 somehow got over written while messing with the new Xbox drive but the fact windows won’t install on any hdd has me perplexed.
