As such, your best best is to access the computer using one of your accounts which has admin rights and create a new account name and password and give it admin rights also. (Personally, I prefer using local accounts over the Microsoft versions. They tend to "break" less.) Once that's done, copy all your important documents, files, music, pics, etc. from the previous account to the new account. Now start using the new account and once you're sure you've got everything running right, delete the old account.
Hope this helps.

Hello! I have an issue and it is that every time I restart my PC or just turn it off and on again, Windows 10 requires me to login to my Microsoft account. So I checked the thing that logs you in automatically and now it just shows me that I entered the wrong name and password and makes me sign in again, manually. But the real issue is that it tries to sign in to a different account, with the same name as mine, yet not my own account. (A local account that I cannot find in Account Management) Whenever I try to login into it, it just keeps saying that I entered the wrong name/password and I have to pick my own account and log in to it instead. It's really frustrating because I used to be able to just turn on my PC and it'd sign in automatically and now I have to enter my password every time, even tho the option for automatic login is checked. I tried resetting the password entirely, but it only lets me set a new password for my Microsoft account.
