Question

Windows 10 issue

Dec 22, 2018 5:06AM PST

Hello friends,
I have big problem in my Windows 10, I dont know what happened or what did I install, but every file in my pc (doc, movie, mp3...and every other) have extension "exyuzjbi" after .doc or .mp3 or .vlc, something like this "AGNI SUTRA - PSYTRANCE MIX 2017 [RYDHM DEE].mp3.exyuzjbi", and in every folder in my PC I have text file named "EXYUZJBI-DECRYPT".
I reinstall my Windows 10 and on C drive everything is ok now, but on the all others problem stays.

Can anyone help me to fix my problem..

Thanks in advanced...

The best thing to do is to delete all those files and replace them with the original version from your backup. It's not really advised to pay the bitcoins required to get the instructions how to un-encrypt them from the ransomware author.
See a comparable case in https://www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/file-extension-error/

Why did you install ransomware?
