Question

Windows 10 Installation problem

Sep 20, 2015 9:36AM PDT

I am having Windows 8.1 pre-loaded (W-8 upgraded to W-8.1) in a Lenovo laptop. I reserved for Windows 10 and it was also acknowledged. After waiting for 2 months for the upgrade advice from Microsoft and losing patience I tried to upgrade myself using "Microsoft Media Creation Tool" (Upgrade this system option). Every thing went on smoothly, The OS was downloaded and the License screen appeared. Here the installation halted and did not proceed further. The License screen stayed minimized and could not be enlarged to display the "Accept" button. I will appreciate very much help to proceed further.

Now you know why Patience is a Virtue!!!

I've been waiting forever myself. I don't know if my PC had a glitch or whether it was just slow in getting the Upgrade. I told all my family about the Free Upgrade, and they all got theirs way before me.
I still have one more PC to upgrade, but I took Microsoft's advice and was PATIENT.

Yesterday I got my notification on this laptop. Downloaded, Installed and am up and running without any glitches.
Maybe you can back up and be patient. I don't know, but am glad that I knew about the virtue of being patient.
Good luck now.
