Windows 10 guest VM on Windows 7 host with BIOS

I have a laptop with Windows 7 and BIOS.

But Windows 10/8 require UEFI.

Can I still run a Virtualbox/VMware guest VM with Windows 10/8.1 on a physical host with Windows 7 and BIOS only?
