Windows 10 going into sleep mode during activity

After the latest updates my laptop started going into sleep mode even while I'm using it. I've run diagnostics, made sure everything is updated, checked the settings, etc but cannot find the issue! I can be typing/entering something and it will do this and the only way to get it out of sleep mode is to hit the power button. I have a HP Probook S-Series and updated to Windows 10 pro from Windows 7 pro.
Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated! I just can't afford a new laptop and this one has always ran great otherwise. Thanks!

sleep mode?

Are you sure that's what it's doing? Or could the battery be low causing the symptom?

Yes sleep mode, and it's plugged in.

There's no rhyme or reason as to how long before it does this, it can be 5 minutes, 2 minutes or 20 minutes before it happens.

But are you sure you disabled sleep everywhere?

Also after the upgrade did you check on the HP web page for your model for BIOS and drivers? Install the latest from HP?

Yes I updated both. No help from that. Thanks for the suggestion though.
