Visit the computer manufacturer, or the Touchpad manufacturer's website and see if you can find an updated, Windows 10 compatible, driver for your computer. It should help.
If it doesn't help, and because it's brand new, I'd take it back to the store and use the warranty to make it run correctly.

Everytime on my brand new computer i have to change the settings for the touch pad and click apply.. When i reboot the computer the settings are back at default settings.. Is there something i am not doing right.. Please Help me Figure this out
