Yesterday I tried to shut down my windows 10. While shutting down, a blue screen appeared, notifying me of a crash. It told me it was gathering info, but after being on 100% for quite some time, nothing happened. So I had to hard reset my laptop (holding the power button for 5 seconds).
Since then, I've had internet issues. I'm using an ethernet cable. The internet works for around 3 minutes, then suddenly no ethernet cable can be detected. I've found that in my internet connections, I can disable and enable "ethernet", which solves the problem. For another 3 minutes or so... Also, there's around 27 ethernet adapters in that lists (obviously I only have 1 ethernet port). The one that works (just "ethernet") is a Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller, all the others are TAP-Win32 Adapter OAS #(number).
What should I do?
