I read you played with drivers but it's unclear if the maker's drivers were installed. I see repeated posts where folk are installing 10 but blissfully unaware about post OS install of drivers. Not all PCs need that work but when they do.
Hey, so W10 is cool and stuff, but since I've installed it two things have been bothering me. They are just incredibly annoying. First one is the fact that after a restart my mouse scrolling wheel doesn't work until I plug out and in the mouse again, I've tried clean install of the drivers and stuff but it doesn't affect anything. Second one is the fact that Google Chrome cannot be launched from the taskbar. I've to right click it on the desktop and launch as admin, the fix I've found for this is deleting Chrome related registers through regedit but that works only for the first launch, if I close Chrome and try to launch it again it's the same problem. I've tried a clean install of Google Chrome too, doesn't help. Any ideas?
