Just last week fixed one. The hard disk had failed and nothing but the blue circle. Owner was unhappy since they didn't backup their files. They also said "I've never had to before." As with many they blamed Windows 10. We just nod, repair the machine and get them going again even if it had nothing to do with Microsoft this time.
