Hello, I'm having trouble with audio playback on my Lenovo ideapad 700-15ISK, running Windows 10 Home Version 1607. Currently, there is no sound, whether I use headphones or the internal speakers. I first tried running the inbuilt audio troubleshooter, which gave me these results. I disabled the sound effects, increased the volume, and went into the services menu, where, even after restarting the audio services, they appear to be running while the problem persists.
So, next I went into the device manager, uninstalled the Realtek High Definition Audio device and reinstalled it, but the problem persisted. I downloaded new drivers off Realtek's website but the problem still persisted after installing them. I even tried installing the Realtek Device using the drivers for "High Definition Audio", but that didn't work, and I reverted. This is what the devices manager looks like now.
Finally, I ran the System File Checker, but that gave me these results.
What else can I do? Thank you so much in advance for your help.
