Answer
Check the maker's drivers.

I'm writing from home so I only have a pair of W10 laptops but both didn't have such an issue. These laptops had the stock W7 issued by their makers which I uninstalled any Antivirus to help avoid any conflicts prior to the W10 Microsoft upgrade.

Tell more.

Answer
Sounds like a driver problem.

When you install/upgrade to 10, it will often put in general purpose drivers from MS that work, but don't work as well as the ones from the manufacturer of your network adapter. So I agree with Bob that you likely just need to check with them.

Good luck.
