Same here.

It's been over a decade and Incredimail continues to be buggy without any support outside those fake or paid support systems.

Since it's broke, why keep using it? Thunderbird works fine here.

I used incredimail years ago

I even had a premium ( paid ) account and even then it was almost impossible to get any help.
Maybe because they were based in Israel(?). You may get a response from them if you e-mail them but unlikely .
It took about a 1 1/2 years to get them to stop trying to charge me after dropping them .

I would agree with Bob here and start using Thunderbird as it's just as good and lots of support even if it's coming to a forum like this , things can generally be fixed post haste.

Just my 2 cents worth

Typically if you are able to recieve email
Apr 28, 2016 6:28AM PDT

and the email you send stays in your outbox and never goes to the sent box it means you SMTP server name is wrong or that out going server could be down. I would check with your ISP or email service about SMTP or outgoing mail settings. They could have changed their servers but typically they would notify you if they are doing that.
