And if I'm following your text correctly, activation resolves itself in a few minutes. Doesn't that mean it's not an issue? Was this an upgrade from Windows 7/8.1 or a new install? Something else? Are you referring to the "digital license" version or the "Product key" version? You might explain clearly what problem you're having.
And of course, should you have problems activating a legitimate copy of Windows 10, there ARE things you can "do on your end to fix it". Just a couple of links below give suggestions:
