I am looking for some help, my new Dell laptop keeps crashing and shuts down frequently..... I have Windows 10 and am wondering what the top online trusted company can fix it without me having to take it in....any ideas? This is my work computer and it is very frustrating when it crashes and I can't get any work done!!

is if we don't have error messages and an better description of the crash. Do you get blue screens of death.(probably a driver of conflict with OS). By your description it's hard to tell if it's hardware or OS. The best bet is to go online to Dell site. Make sure you register the PC and talk in a chat session with support. They can do an online diagnosis.
