Question

Window xp sounds not working at ALL!!!!

Jan 7, 2013 11:53AM PST

Hi everyone, for a couple of days now, my laptop hasn't been working. My volume icon that you would see on the bottom is stuck in a red circle with an x. I tried clicking on it but it just scans my audio and says hardware change might not have been detected. Also, when trying to play music such as itunes, it tells me the audio configuration not working. I tried plugging in earbuds, didn't even play. Youtube plays but no sounds. For some weird reason only the volume is mute!!!!!
